How you’ll be spending your days:

• Creating technical connections between our Gloo platforms and our enterprise clients’ software systems, adding huge value to our customers unique use cases
• Interfacing with internal management and clients to integrate the clients’ mobile and web applications with our APIs/SDKs and custom features
• Managing the technical client relationships for all facets of the integration including requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, demos, software upgrades, client inquiries – you get the idea
• Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver enterprise-level solutions through problem solving, testing, and code delivery
• Working with development engineers, product managers, account managers, and other colleagues to resolve problems and provide effective communication about the technology

What it takes to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or completion of a recognized coding accelerator
• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer working on a collaborative team
• Project experience with JavaScript, RoR, Java or other mainstream coding languages
• Understanding of Web Services, Web Development and Service Oriented Architecture
• Ability to formulate and execute testing programs - integration, load, and performance
• Capable of conducting performance analysis in a variety of distributed environments

• Ability to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary
• Willingness and ability for travel and off-hours support
