Provide 1st and 2nd level user support
Provide 1st and 2nd level infrastructure support
Systems and infrastructure health monitoring
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software
Participate in design and review of internal IT related processes
Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2016 administration
Windows 10 and macOS administration
Ubuntu Server and Desktop (latest LTS) administration
VMware ESXi administration
PFSense administration or FreeBSD's Packet Filter experience
Extensive networking (IPv4) experience (VoIP, QoS, VLANs, IPv6 a bonus)
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Bonus points if you have:
Git experience (including Bitbucket, Github, or GitLab)
Atlassian JIRA administration
Linux KVM/libvirt/virsh experience
