Cloud Elements is seeking an experienced IT Support & Desktop Administrator with strong knowledge MAC support, peripheral as well as maintains the company wireless network under the guidance of our senior IT staff. Individual will be responsible for supporting both hardware and software; installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and solve issues in a timely manner
Ability to explain issues and resolution to end users
Prioritize tasks and projects
Track problems, requests, and document resolutions
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Technical Support
Experience in administering iPads and MAC laptops
Ability to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges
Troubleshoot, setup and support Network printers and scanners
A pragmatic problem solver and innovative thinker
Experience with G-Suite and MS Office tools
Provide WLAN support
Backup Management
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years’ experience in Desktop Administrator Support
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary with experience
Technical degree with customer-service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MAC OS
Microsoft Office Suite 2010, 2013, 2016, Office 365
Intermediate printer operations (local & network)
Knowledge of TCIP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Remote Desktop, etc.
Run and monitor backups
Managing Google Drive permissions and access
Basic understanding of routers/switches
Some scripting skills is a plus
