In this role you will configure and administer all functions of the Security Operations (SecOps) modules of the ServiceNow platform to support the Cyber Defense Team. Responsibilities will include implementation and configuration of new ServiceNow modules (SecOps and others) as well as include developing automation and integration solutions between ServiceNow and other platforms. You will demonstrate proficiency working with vulnerability management, threat intelligence and incident response security tools and processes to effectively design and develop solutions for complex business problems. 

You will work with security leaders, engineers, analysts, architects, and IT personnel to define use cases and requirements, develop technical solutions, and coordinate testing and rollout of platform changes including routine upgrades. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert and ServiceNow Administrator within the Cyber Defense Team. You will be able to work independently, take ownership of multiple tasks, and display proficiency of tools and processes. You will have multiple opportunities to collaborate with members of cross functional teams to work towards designing and implementing automated workflows, processes and reporting. You will proactively execute and complete program or project tasks provided by Cyber Defense leadership and engage with technology vendors (i.e. TAMs) for product support issues and requests.

In this role you require subject matter and technical expertise of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, design, configure and implement integrations between cyber security tools and ServiceNow. You will bring seven plus years of Administrator or Developer experience with the ServiceNow platform- ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules experience. 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: network vulnerability assessments, security operations, technology risk, and control assessments, security incident response, threat intelligence or penetration testing. IT experience spanning multiple disciplines. Working knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle, windows, UNIX, Linux operating systems, security, applications, database, Web Servicer design and implementation. Preferred BA with any of the following desired certifications:  CEH, ECSA, GSEC/GCIH/GCIA – GIAC, CISSP Preferred experience within a Cyber Security organization and coordinating efforts between various IT and security teams is a plus.

The annual gross base salary range is $94,085-$165,733. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
