eGauge is a small but growing company in Boulder, CO. We make energy meters that are UL listed and revenue grade accurate. Our customers include residential solar, industrial manufacturing, agriculture and more - oh, and we’re privately held and profitable.

As a member of a small team you will have a huge impact on our product. Your day to day will include writing maintainable code, communicating with various stakeholders in the company, and helping steer product direction. Ideally you have experience empathising with users to make usable software, and problem solving skills to tackle problems big and small.

An ideal candidate has:

• Three years experience as a professional web developer.
• Opinions about an MVC framework (django, rails, etc...).
• A desire to work on a small team with minimal oversight.
• Excitement about new technology and making product decisions.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Skills to solve problems, not just write code.

Skills you already have or are happy to learn:

• Full stack development with Django, Postgres, Redis, Sass, Javascript
• Cloud providers and automation
• Product design and architecture
• Integrations with our ERP system, NetSuite and SuiteCommerce
