Hyperia, a venture-backed startup based in Denver, founded by industry veterans from AlchemyAPI and IBM Watson, is developing human-centered AI to improve productivity. Communication between people is the life-blood of any business, company calls, and meetings are where stakeholders make decisions, win deals, and transfer knowledge. Hyperia is bringing AI into communications, empowering the individual, and augmenting a person's abilities. We've built a deep-tech platform that leverages custom-built, state-of-the-art, technologies in speech recognition, natural language processing, computer vision, and streaming data. 

The Role

As a Front-End Engineer at Hyperia, you'll interface with product leadership to deliver an intuitive experience that delights users. You'll be engaging in application and component ownership, with exposure to new methodologies and best practices to hone and expand your skills.

You Have

• Valid Work Authorization in the United States
• 3+ years of relevant work
• A passion for enhancing people's ability with Human-Centered AI products
• A meticulous eye, you're not happy unless things look right
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript
• Experience and passion for developing dynamic streaming web apps
• An understanding of Object-Oriented Javascript development best practices
• Recent experience with modern web technologies such as Web Services, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket
• Any experience leveraging microphone and camera APIs within a web sandbox is a plus
• React, Electron, Flutter, or other framework experience is a plus
