Description: 

This Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for replacing the jQuery code in our current LEMP stack with beautiful React components. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working on multiple assignments concurrently. We have a mix of experiences in our small, dynamic engineering team and encourage pair programming and mentoring.                          

This position is based in Denver, Colorado and includes flexible remote hours/days.

Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with React, jQuery, and ES6

• Experience with Javascript unit testing (Jest, etc.)

• Advanced experience with HTML, SASS, and CSS

• Basic Git Knowledge

• Strong debugging skills

• Experience working with internal RESTful and external APIs

• Basic understanding of common web security issues, such as XSS, CSFR, SQL injection, etc.

• Positive and flexible attitude

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work within a strong collaborative environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to haves:

• Experience with modern, object-oriented PHP (Laravel framework preferred)

• Bootstrap CSS framework

• Mobile-first, responsive design

• Experience with Agile Scrum environment (we use Jira)
