Role Overview 

Support the Facilities Manager with maintaining and coordinating a broad array of activities. The managed areas including Facilities and EHS related tasks. The Facilities Associate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, secure and well-maintained working environment. The candidate assists with planning and driving short and long-term initiatives to support a healthy and safe work environment for our employees. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • 10 years of experience in a maintenance environment
  • Minimum of a high school education
  • Knowledge of EHS practices
  • Good working knowledge of OSHA regulations and implementation
  • Working knowledge of facilities electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to manage paperwork associated with job tasks
  • Knowledge of Google suites and Microsoft Office suites
  • Ability to network positively with internal departments
  • Great customer service focus
  • Motivated and have the ability to handle multiple jobs with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to take verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of being on their feet for long periods of time and be able to lift 30‑50 pounds frequently

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems
  • FAA safety methods
  • Trades training in plumbing, electrical or mechanical areas
  • Extensive EHS experience or 10 and 30 hour certifications 

Compensation: 

  • Salary Range for this position is $25-35 an hour and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position
