Overview
FWI is growing and we are looking to add an ERP Developer to work with our Business Intelligence team. This critical role will give you the opportunity to work on cross-functional teams as you design and implement a financial ERP system that will not only ensure compliance but will allow our business to operate both effectively and efficiently. You either have or are willing to develop various ERP programming skills and your experience in Salesforce and/or Financial Force, will be an added advantage. Grow with us!

Responsibilities
- Implement an ERP solution using a holistic approach and understanding of all the systems involved and the impact the new solution will have on those systems
- Work closely with Finanace to ensure our ERP helps support 606 compliance requirements
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines (including SOX) to ensure the quality of financial data and perform regular data audits; resolve data integrity issues
- Troubleshoot issues on a variety of existing internally developed platforms
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers, software vendors and consultants.
- Work as part of a project based team, or individually, to deliver a complete solution in a timely manner
- Support, maintain and document software functionality
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Experience assisting with ERP implementations
- Experience with the one or more of the following processes and business applications: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Design to Deliver, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Salesforce, and Standard ERP packages like Oracle, SAP, and Infor
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
- Provide subject matter expertise on multiple ERP systems. Configuration and mapping to business process, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Sales and Distribution, and EDI.
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Experience building software products with integrations as a focus
Experience & Education:
- BS degree in computer science or any related engineering field
- 6+ years of experience with ERP systems, implementation experience preferred
- Worked in one of the major practice areas of a systems integrator – e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, or a mid-size regional implementation firm preferred
- Worked on the professional services team of a high growth SaaS software vendor preferred
- Experience managing software vendors and systems integrators preferred
