Our Developers are expected to be problem solvers with the ability to evaluate several options in order to pick the solution that provides the best fit between client requirements, the project budget and timeline. They are highly consultative and help RingCentral and its clients make sound decisions on the right path forward.
Our ideal candidate has
3+ years of software experience at a technology focused company or startup.
Strong talent and interest in developing server-side and client-side JavaScript applications.
Comfortable talking the talk and walking the walk of application/system designs.
Mentor other engineers, embrace technical culture and ensure best practices.
Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis.
Bonus points for
Expertise in our frameworks (React, Node, Serverless) is a plus, however we are looking for people who are adaptable and can teach us too.
Strong experience with backend API’s and databases.
CS or STEM-related degree.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of distributed systems.
SIP/IP Telephony-related experience.

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
