Brief Summary of Role:
The Enterprise Applications (EA) Administrator is a key member of the EA team. Working alongside the ServiceNow, Salesforce and NetSuite teams to onboard and offboard users. They will also be trained on the ServiceNow platform to augment the current team and assist with solutions to technical issues; deploy new releases and/or enhancements; maintain and support the operational functions; and perform system testing.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill on-boarding and off-boarding activities (e.g. account provisioning) across all EA systems
- Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow.
- Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow.
- Plan and execute population of the configuration management database (manual and automated); manage CMDB, central libraries, tools, common codes and data; ensure regular housekeeping of the CMDB.
- Work collaboratively across Technology and SaaS Operations organization to evolve CMDB assets.
- Produce and distribute management reports for configuration management.
- On-board new CI Owners and manage training materials and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
- Customer focus, leadership and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM processes.
- It would be beneficial if a candidate has working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
