Cardinal Peak is seeking DSP engineers at all experience levels to join our growing team of signal processing architects and developers. If you’re comfortable crafting filters and know how to make them sing in resource-constrained hardware, we’d like to get to know you.

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:

• System architecture and design

• Filter design and implementation

• Algorithm development and refinement

• Simulation in Matlab, Simulink, Python

• Embedded development in C

• Unit and system-level test development

• Support for product integration and testing

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of DSP theory

• Experience with Matlab and Simulink

• Expertise in C programming and debugging

• Experience developing for embedded environments

• Fluency with software source control tools

• Degree in Computer  Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Highly Desirable:

• Optimization for SHARC DSP processors

• Automated code generation using Simulink

• Experience with embedded operating system concepts

• Adaptive algorithms such as LMS

Limited travel may be required, though these are primarily on-site positions at the Cardinal Peak office in Lafayette, CO.

Remote work may be considered for some opportunities.
