WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• As a core member of the Technology leadership team, you will direct the software development teams responsible for designing and delivering innovative Trading/Customer Service and other solutions that enhance the Player Account Management (PAM) ecosystem.
• Effective collaboration with leadership and stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Contribute to the product and technology roadmap, evolve the systems architecture while ensuring overall alignment of the software designs produced by the teams under your direction.
• Direct software development teams to deliver high quality production code including the effective utilization of testing frameworks, SDLC and CI/CD practices
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and communications to technology and business stakeholders on delivery timelines, product quality with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Business domain experts, Product and Technology Leadership in vendor due diligence and solution integrations.
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies and influence how these can be applied to the product and business opportunities.
• Effectively coach and develop People Managers, Technical Leads, and Individual contributors in your team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in product and processes and assist with various regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures.
• Ensure all employees and contractors under your direction adhere to the Company's information security policies.

SKILLS WE SEEK

• B.S or M.S in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of Senior Management experience providing leadership to geographically distributed product engineering teams in delivering multiple full-cycle software solutions.
• 10+ years of experience of hands-on development experience in C#, SQL, highly distributed and low latency systems
• Experience in technical and management leadership background with functional breath across the areas of distributed software infrastructure and computing in regulated gaming and other technologies is a huge plus.
• Experience in online enterprise Casino management systems and/or sportsbooks is a huge plus
• Proven architecture and development experience in the implementation of player account management, trading management and customer service management.
• Experience scaling agile software development across global teams while ensuring disciplined engineering practices are followed with a relentless focus on quality.
• Working knowledge in backend system architecture patterns and technologies such as:(Modern distributed systems design patterns, Microservices and Serverless design paradigms)(SQL/ NOSQL databases)(RESTful APIs, cloud-based/enterprise-grade message brokers or streaming platforms)(Container orchestration systems (Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes))
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS or GCS (Azure Preferred)
• Working knowledge with various operating systems and platforms is a plus, specifically Windows and Linux (Debian preferred)
• Proven problem solving and communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Strong experience working with global product development teams across multiple time zones.
• The successful candidate will have a great team attitude, strong desire to collaborate and contribute to our culture.
• Engage with various stakeholders and executive leadership - excellent communication is required.
