FORM is growing and scaling quickly! You'll be responsible for ensuring that our engineering organization scales with it. You will directly manage several product engineering teams, taking ownership over decisions related to resources, deadlines and metrics.

What You'll Do

• Lead and build a team of software engineers with a strong, positive engineering culture.
• Measure and improve engagement and advocate on behalf of all engineers.
• Lead operational excellence and appropriate incident management and resolution.
• Measure productivity and sprint commitments and improve execution and quality.
• Drive an architecture that facilitates quality, stability, and scalability.
• Create processes and best practices that help enforce this architecture.
• Lead decision-making and collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
• Act as a principal partner for product management to enable business value, advise on proposed or existing features, assist with technical requirements and lead continuous improvement initiative.

We Might Be A Great Fit If You

• Have 10+ years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management roles.
• Have experience working in a scaling software company.
• Have experience creating and implementing effective management metrics for software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Understand how to hold teams accountable for planning, executing and delivering on deadlines, and can share tactical examples.
• Even though you may have been hands-off from the code for a while, you have broad and deep technical knowledge. · You have experience not only planning out a departmental budget, but you also know how to manage to it throughout the year.
• Know how competitive the hiring landscape is for strong software engineers, and have made recruitment a top priority in previous roles.
• Know what makes a great engineering culture and have a strong track-record of successfully retaining and developing engineers at all stages of their career.
• Possess incredible communication skills - whether you’re speaking to employees, customers or board members, they will all be impressed!
• Have completed a bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

Compensation

• The annual starting salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications.
