Responsibilities

• Design and implement zero-downtime to accomplish highly available service (99.999%)
• Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) between different region Datacenters
• Troubleshoot production issues, including performance and function issues
• Cooperating with vendor and infrastructure, engineering team for security and service availability
• Design and implement SIP features and integration for Zoom Phone
• Provide troubleshooting for systems and Zoom integration service
• Provide the CI/CD model to deploy and configure the production system

Requirements

• Senior experience implementing VoIP solutions. UCaaS/Cloud Voice experience preferred
• Thorough competitive telephony and network knowledge - SIP, RTP/RTCP, Qos, Codecs, and other VoIP Standards
• In-depth experience for various IP Telephony systems features and functions
• Strong background and knowledge of other Cloud and Premise UC/Voice Solutions (Cisco, Microsoft, Ring Central, 8x8, Avaya, Shortel, Mitel, etc..)
• Familiar with Large/Enterprise VoIP migrations and deployments.  Experience with migrations to Cloud Voice/UCaaS preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• BS degree in a related field, MS preferred
• Passion to work independently and good execution skills
