As a Delivery Engineer for Cloud Elements you will focus on assisting the sales and delivery teams by creating proof-of-concepts used during the sales process. This is a technical role mainly, but you will also have the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle as well as receive professional growth into an experienced role on any other technical team in the company!

About this role:

  • Participate in prospect calls to understand their needs and determine the best solution

  • Build Formulas and Elements via Javascript and Cloud Elements Toolset.

  • Give Demos to Customers.

  • Work with 3rd party Integrators and assist with any needs they may have.

  • Design and develop POCs using Cloud Elements technology

  • Assist the Sales Engineers to deliver POCs to prospects

  • Provide feedback to the Product Team based on learnings from POC work and/or customer feedback

  • Interact with development and product teams as needed to design solutions and solve problems

 

About you:

  • Graduate from a developer bootcamp or BS in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 2-year experience as a software developer

  • MUST be proficient with JavaScript

  • Knowledge of RESTful design, APIs, and web technologies

  • Novice understanding of API authentication types: e.g. Oauth, Basic, Tokens

  • Personable, outgoing and community-oriented – enjoy interacting with others (especially Engineers!) in professional and social settings

  • Excellent communicator – written and spoken. Comfortable and willingness to work in a team environment

  • Professional attitude and communication.  This is a customer-facing role.

  • Great sense of humor, humble and driven!
