About the team:

As part of Enterprise Identity and Access Management, we support and manage the tools that provide automation, governance, authentication, credential security and access control services throughout FIS.

What you will be doing:

As part of the EIAM team you will be able to Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives, work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM/IGA applications, provide support for the application making sure that connectivity to and from integrated applications are available and trouble shoot where required, perform upgrades, updates, patching and code promotion via CICD Pipelines.  Create, Review, maintain and update documentation.

• Work with global colleagues to provide globally consistent processes and solutions

• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

• Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.

• Communicate the IGA aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation.

• Perform software upgrades, updates, patches, and code promotion via CICD Pipelines methods and defining the build and deployment pipeline using SailPoint SSD framework.

• Responsible for Configuring and onboarding of new products and technologies.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in technology roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the financial services industry, a strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security,

• At least 2 years of experience within Identity and Access management, this is to include implementing IAM and IGA solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ, along with IGA concepts such as RBAC, SOD, data classification, recertification, Life Cycle Management and Password Management.

• Knowledge in various scripting and programming languages (Java, XML, Python, PowerShell etc)

• Professional experience in a systems administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications

• Understanding of entire technology stack of networks, databases, applications, and endpoints.

• Good knowledge of IT environments, Security Platforms, IT Systems and Development tools: Not limited to AD, LDAP, SharePoint, Unix, MySQL, Apache, CyberArk, Oracle, AWS, Workday, ServiceNow, Mainframe.

• Ability to effectively communicate architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business and executive levels.  

Added bonus if you have:

• Have foundational knowledge of CICD system to ensure proper pipelines and automation are incorporated into all builds and testing that will be introduced to the environment to minimize rework and potential deployment errors

• Experience with SailPoint technology to include customization and development of custom workflows preferred if possible
