We are looking for a Customer Experience Quality Assurance (CX QA) tester to join our Professional Services team. This role will heavily contribute to our goal of delivering a fantastic customer experience with the Convercent Ethics and Compliance Portal (ECP) – a global, web CMS based solution. The CX QA tester will be responsible for ensuring our product meets our own high standards of quality and for increasing efficiency in multiple phases of the Solution Delivery Life Cycle. This role will report to the Manager, Web Content Team.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Advocate for the customer experience while working on common goals with your delivery team 
• Capacity for planning to the extreme, yet gracefully pivoting when evolving goals and priorities inspire change
• Contribute your ideas and actions to the continuous improvement of our solution delivery life cycle 
• Use guidance from written acceptance criteria to design and document test cases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to plan and successfully execute on-time software delivery 
• Execute test cases against customized web pages
• Raise bug / reports – communicate early on quality findings
• Accurately document defects with reproducible steps and failure analysis 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• 1+ years test design and execution on a complex cloud-based product (preferred)
• 1+ years working in a Scrum or Agile engineering environment 
• 1+ years web testing experience 
• 1+ years mobile device testing experience 
• Jira experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) a plus
• Web design experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range provided here is just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education. 

• Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base salary
• This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
