NextHealth Technologies is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you will be responsible for systems implementation and administration of internal users and workstations. Additionally, you will learn and maintain our Azure Cloud Infrastructure and Security. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task and be willing to roll up your sleeves to support the company with a “can do” attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Support Windows and Mac Workstations joined to our Active Directory Domain
  • Perform operational activities which include platform upgrades, server patching, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with other teams and engineers to create functional design specifications, Azure architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed
  • Support security initiatives and compliance requirements for HIPAA and HITRUST
  • Monitor security tools and act to ensure compliance
  • Install, configure, automate, and monitor various cloud services in Azure
  • Provide professional, courteous and prompt technical support to customers and internal staff with the goal to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the design of technical solutions on Azure that address customer’s requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
  • User Identity and Access Management of users Using Office365, Azure AD, and more

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years technical support including Operating System design and implementation
  • Experience administering/supporting Windows and Linux systems
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing in support of VMware, Azure, or AWS
  • Experience with Active Directory including managing GPO’s
  • Knowledge of network protocols such as: DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP.
  • Experience with Infosec/Security on Endpoints
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting
  • Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and client trouble shooting
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
  • Experience with Windows Workstations and Macs
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Good writing skills to document plans and process

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Azure & Office 365 Administration
  • Experience with Azure NSGs
  • Scrum/Agile experience
  • Automation with tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet
  • Security tools such as Trend Deep Security, MyDLP, IAM, Intune
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network equipment
