Chief Technology Officer

RxRevu is hiring a Chief Technology Officer with strong technical and business leadership experience who wants to make an immediate impact in a fast-moving healthcare IT disruptor.  This is a unique opportunity to serve as a member of the senior leadership team, drive results, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the Development, DevOps, and Technology teams and work cross functionally to support senior leadership, Client Services, Data Analytics, Data Science and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for designing, developing, and implementing product solutions in the healthcare space
• Serve as the primary point of responsibility for platform adoption, performance, security, and compliance
• Define and drive technical product strategy
• Provide a platform roadmap and product prioritization based on operational experience and business needs
• Experience in systems and security management of PHI and HITRUST environments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the information technology field
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience, including design, development and implementation of solutions in the healthcare space
• 5+ years of software development management experience
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• A well-defined and pragmatic philosophy of software delivery
• A solid understanding of cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with electronic health records or other provider-facing software solutions
• Familiarity with the security and compliance issues in healthcare technology
• Attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary social/relationship skills
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• An ability to travel up to 25%

This is a full-time position based in Denver, Colorado.  The successful candidate must already have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the United States.  The Chief Technology Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate closely with the senior leadership team.
