TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team.

Our global IT organization of 500 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

What you'll be doing: 

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. 
• Provides technical leadership, architectural support, guidance and direction for the protection of information systems assets to other functional units and to all global sites. 
• Owns and manages the configuration and administration functions for specific security tools.  
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.  
• Assists and supports audits (Payment Card Industry, SSAE16, internal and client audits).  
• Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for the adoption of new procedures and tools.  Interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff.

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing and implementing key policies and procedures related to information security.
• Experience with analysis, design and development of new security initiatives and incorporates security into business initiatives.
• Experience in supporting internal and external audits and manages findings to resolution. 

What skills you'll need:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
• 5-7 years of Information Security experience
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications
