What you'll do

As the Associate Solutions Analyst you will become proficient in the Billtrust products and/or releases.  You will work with more senior staff to answer functional and technical questions from both clients and internal team members regarding product content, processes and procedures.  You develop Billtrust product expertise. You will interact with the solutions architecture, client support,  and project management teams to assist with product configurations for client projects.

• Take direction from more senior staff to determine client application system requirements and configuration options for new/modified product implementations
• Work closely with Solutions Architects to complete product implementations remotely
• Track down issues for Solutions Architects during the implementation process
• As directed, help determine technical challenges and or issues and escalate potential issues to appropriate resources
• Respond to product-related or functional questions from all team members
• Working with Solutions Architects, set-up and configure products and demos

What you'll bring to the team

• Proven success in the implementation and support of software solutions
• 0-1+ years’ experience gathering requirements and working with development teams
• 0-1+ years’ experience scripting T-SQL and SSMS for troubleshooting and analysis
• Familiarity with Windows based environments (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008-2012, SQL Server 2008-2012)
• Managing internal expectations and deadlines; i.e. scheduling, communication, escalation and risk
• Comfortable communicating with internal resources both technical and non-technical
• Effective with time management and self-prioritization of tasks
• Support and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Version Control software (SVN, CVS, Team Suite) preferred
• Exposure to the following technologies a plus (XML, Perl, Python, ASP, PHP, IIS, .NET, C#)
