Overview:We are looking for self-motivated, creative, individuals to join us in our fast-paced development environment. As part of the development team, you’ll work with developers, product managers and other stakeholders developing tests plans, automating and executing tests, tracking and reporting results, troubleshooting issues and working to resolve defects. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, execute, track and maintain manual and automated System Test suites
  • Optimize test suites to incorporate new features for each product release
  • Automate tests and monitor their health to increase test efficiency
  • Analyze feature requirements to plan, develop and implement tests
  • Interface with Customer Support teams to incorporate test suite improvements to minimize field quality impacts
  • Document, track and escalate issues when needed with timely, excellent communication
  • Provide detailed problem analysis to the development teams driving product quality
  • Act as a customer advocate, committed to delivering quality throughout the company

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Test automation development (Python and/or JavaScript)
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum driven development environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, independent and self-motivated
