Descriptive Summary
Envysion, a leading provider of video based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking an Associate Deployment Manager to assist in managing the roll-out and deployment of our software. This position will also be responsible for the set-up and configuration according to customer specification with a heavy emphasis on technical support.
Core Functions
- This offering is for an after-hours (overnight) position
- Provide technical support for technicians in the field as well as other team members
- Update teams including internal and external trackers as to the status of work performed overnight
- Assist the deployment team members in planning each release
- Ensure the product has been correctly and completely integrated across the program
- Assist in the writing of Installation Manuals

- Good understanding of product architecture and infrastructure components
- Networking experience
- Knowledge of Command Prompt
- Experience working with Linux
- Camera installation experience is a plus
- General knowledge of Analog, HD Analog and IP cameras
- HIK Vision DVR/NVR experience is a plus
Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a customer-facing service environment that is inclusive of technical support.
