Position Summary:

• Focus on the API integration between ServiceNow and ConnectWise and other PSA tools
• Use the ConnectWise APIs to create bi-directional sync of tickets and their status, comments, etc.
• Partner with the developers working on the ServiceNow piece of the puzzle to create a comprehensive solution
• Analyzes, designs, and develops complex application features
• Designs and develops a processing platform using various configuration management technologies
• Mentors junior level Software Engineers
• Provides ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms
• Collaborates cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, and other engineers to achieve solutions

• At least seven (7) years of relevant software development experience
• Effective leadership abilities
• Advanced experience with relevant programming language (e.g., Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with innovative application design and implementation
• Effective problem solving and troubleshooting abilities 

•  Qualified contract candidates can expect an hourly rate of $68.75/hr or more depending on experience.
