About the Role:
Canvelle, a Denver-based ecommerce fashion brand, is seeking a motivated and versatile Ecommerce Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time, in-person position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a thriving ecommerce business, with exposure to all aspects of ecommerce operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Store Management: Oversee and maintain all areas of our Shopify store, including product updates, app integrations, troubleshooting, theme design, and improving the online shopping experience.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Manage and execute campaigns and behavior-triggered flows to engage our audience, grow revenue, and ensure brand consistency.
- Support Marketing Team: Assist in reporting, logistical and administrative tasks for our social media, online advertising, and SEO partners.
- Cross-Functional Operations Support: Provide reporting, logistical, and administrative support to our sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, digital advertising or a related field.
- Proficiency with Shopify store management and email/SMS marketing tools.
- Highly proficient with spreadsheet softwares.
- Strong interest in learning and contributing to sourcing, fulfillment, and manufacturing processes for an ecommerce consumer brand.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A strong problem solver who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for ecommerce and an ambition to grow into a leadership role.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary of $65,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience.
