The Spectrum Wireless Product department manages the generation of data-based areas of interests for 5G, WiFi, and new technologies, leading all aspects of data collection initiatives for internal and competitive wireless services. We provide 5G and spectrum strategic expertise to support our 5G network evolution and convergence, support development of strategies for offload of future partners and technologies and consolidate key insights into executive level presentations tailored to the different audiences (technical and non-technical). We also lead resolution of Ad-Hoc requests for data analytics leveraging available data and platforms, leading the development of dashboards relevant to the group needs, leveraging available data and platforms and in coordination with other teams.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Director o n the Wireless Products team, you'll be responsible for leading the 5G offload strategy for Charter's Spectrum Mobile customers. You will apply expert knowledge on wireless technologies and market trends to define and deliver a multi-year roadmap for Charter's out-of-home wireless products. You will report to the Sr. Director of Wireless Products, and work independently, to lead a cross-functional team that may include direct reports. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading product development, a deep knowledge of wireless products, and a vision for how Charter can leverage wireless infrastructure to extend products and services outside of the home.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of Product Management / New Product Development Experience
  • 5+ years of Related industry experience (Wireless, Telecommunications, Cable)
  • 5+ years of Management experience
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated background and experience in wireless technologies - 5G spectrum advocacy and strategy
• Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and office management skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve results
  • Wireless competitive and market expert
  • Demonstrated understanding of competitive products and consumer trends

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$124,000.00 to $220,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
