The Role

Company Overview:

As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

● As a player-coach carrying your own book of business, build and manage a
high-performing revenue operations team.
● Provide mentorship and support, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration. We
value compassionate and empathetic leadership even in a competitive environment where
accountability is critical.
● Refine sales processes, tools, and technology use as appropriate for an early stage
company.
● Oversee sales metrics, manage pipeline operations, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
● Success fuels growth in this role and it is reasonable to see exponential increases in team
size for sales and marketing functions. There is a clear path to the CRO role.

Revenue Strategy:

● Craft and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy that aligns with
Brandzooka's strategic goals.
● Collaborate with the CEO and CPO to define revenue targets and other key performance
indicators (KPIs).
● Evaluate current pricing strategies and identify opportunities for optimization.
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
● Reboot our in-house marketing function with a focus on positive ROAs initiatives to fill
the top of the sales funnel
● Direct the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies that enhance
customer acquisition and retention.

Revenue Performance Metrics:

● Establish and monitor critical revenue performance metrics and targets.
● Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate findings
to the leadership team.
Data Analysis and Insights:
● Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions about revenue growth and customer
behaviors.
● Implement data-driven strategies to refine pricing, product offerings, and customer
segmentation.

About You:

● Must have significant revenue operations experience in the ad tech industry
● 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
● Must be comfortable working in an early stage company with limited resources
● You possess strong strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior
communication abilities.
● You are skilled in developing sales and marketing strategies and proficient in data
analytics and financial analysis.
● You have experience with sales and marketing automation tools and have successfully led
high-performing teams.

Work Location:

Brandzooka is a remote-first company but currently most employees reside in the Denver Metro
area.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary for this position is a $150,000 annual base plus commission on your and
your team’s book of business and uncapped on-target earnings for team performance. This
position also qualifies for meaningful equity in the company.
