Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- This role requires the product leader to create the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow ITOM product line of business. As a director of product, you will provide insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to set strategic directions for the company.
- Product Specification and Vision Collaborate with stakeholders like engineering, design to define detailed product specifications for ITOM solution. Understand the market needs of enterprise customers and translate high-level product vision into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaboration with Engineering Work closely with engineering teams to execute the product plan, driving scoping , analysis, and understanding interdependencies. Provide clear guidance on feature development, prioritization, and trade-offs between business and customer priorities to meet strategic needs. Ensure alignment between product specifications and technical implementation.
- Adoption and Success Drive successful adoption of ServiceNow ITOM solutions within enterprise customers. Collaborate with sales and marketing and outbound teams to communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow ITOM solution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Research and Innovation Stay informed about emerging trends in Gen AI, mentoring and providing thought leadership on systems and solutions frameworks. Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage. Work with architecture teams to create reference systems that showcase best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Product Manager.
- 5+ leading high performing teams
- Strong domain expertise in cloud technology and domain knowledge expertise in infrastructure operations.
- Domain knowledge on the ServiceNow Platform and AIOps / Observability / CMDB and Asset management concepts.
- Highly data-driven with commitment to drive customer engagement towards business outcome and value realization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions and host webinars.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% annually.
- Potential candidates must be located in/near one of our major office locations and are able to work a flexible remote/in office schedule will be considered for this opportunity. Locations are Santa Clara, CA, San Diego, CA, Kirkland, WA and New York, NY.
JV20
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $186,600 - $326,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
