The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 - $225,000 + Bonus, Equity and Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. What You Will Do
- Global Infrastructure Strategy: Architect and manage resilient, scalable, and secure global 24x7 cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure) to support our PLM and SaaS solutions.
- Security & Compliance Governance: Own the company’s security posture. Maintain and evolve policies for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOX compliance. Implement Zero Trust architecture and identity management systems to harden enterprise security.
- IT Operations & Service Delivery: Lead a high-performing global team providing Tier III & IV technical support and incident management. Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for infrastructure reliability.
- Strategic Financial Management: Manage the IT P&L, including vendor negotiations, contract management, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
- Enterprise Application Integration: Oversee the selection and integration of internal enterprise business systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end data flow between cloud and on-premises applications.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Author and test robust DR/BCP strategies to ensure fault tolerance across all critical application platforms.
The "Must-Haves" (Qualifications)
- 10+ Years of IT Experience: With at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
- Cloud Native Expert: Proven experience architecting private/public cloud environments for high-availability SaaS companies.
- Compliance Veteran: Deep, hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA is non-negotiable.
- M&A & Scalability: Experience integrating technologies and teams post-acquisition (like Taleo/Oracle integrations) is a strong plus.
- Technical Chops: Background in Computer Science or related field. Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD strategies, and modern IT service management (ITIL v4).
