Director of Account Management
Summary/Objective:
The Director of Account Management reports to the VP of Operations. He/she is responsible for the management of Account Managers and the team’s execution of process and strategy. He/ She will drive the company’s customer growth and acquisition to ultimately achieve the company’s revenue goals and client satisfaction scores.
Essential Functions:
· Directly manage team 10+ of Account Managers.
· Develop and maintain a set of key performance indicators that drive successful behaviors
· Collaborates with VP of Operations to set and assign individual & team goals, which directly align with company goals.
· Work in conjunction with VP of Sales and Account Executives to identify and execute on existing and new growth opportunities.
· Accountable for team’s execution of process and strategy along with the team’s performance against goals.
· Identify and implement process improvements.
· Motivate the performance of the account managers by coaching, training, and giving continuous feedback
· Recruit new talent and effectively onboard that talent to make impact as soon as possible.
· Acts as a role model for the company culture.
· Develop daily, weekly, & quarterly contests and performance bonuses.
· Maintain key customer relationships through proactive communication.
· Continuously drive high client satisfaction score and be a point of escalation for client issues

Required Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
· 5-6 years of successful business to business sales, account management, & strategy experience in comparable industries, with 3+ years in a people management position.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly manage Client Account Managers (8 to 12 employees)
Travel: One to two trips per quarter. Length of stay typically 1-4 days.
