The Digital Marketing Manager & Web Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Mosaic’s digital marketing strategy across all owned and paid channels. This role combines hands-on website management with campaign execution across social, search, and email marketing. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, improving user experience, and integrating data-driven performance insights into marketing decisions.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical with the ability to blend strong storytelling with technical fluency across web platforms, analytics, and paid media integrations.

Compensation Range: $80,000-$110,000 + Performance-Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Mosaic website - maintain site structure, SEO, analytics, and content updates.
- Optimize site performance, UX, and conversion funnels in collaboration with design and development partners.
- Implement SEO/SEM best practices to improve visibility and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Manage social media strategy and calendar, ensuring consistent brand voice and scientific storytelling.
- Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns via HubSpot- track and report engagement.
- Coordinate paid media integrations with partners.
- Partner with Business Development and Scientific teams to align campaigns with commercial goals.
- Support event promotions, webinars, and content launches across digital channels.
- Contribute to Mosaic’s brand evolution through consistent, data-backed storytelling.
- Track campaign performance and web analytics- Report on KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within biotech, CRO, or life sciences sectors
- Demonstrated experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS) and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, and Google Analytics
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent written communication and storytelling for technical/scientific audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with antibody discovery, protein engineering, hybridoma/single cell workflows, or in vivo discovery services preferred
