This network represents the cornerstone of a truly connected world, unbound by the constraints of the past and adaptable to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our rapidly changing society, economy and technology landscape. <br><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br>We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in logistics management to thrive in our fast-paced device lifecycle management environment. <br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <br>In this role, you will: <br><ul><li> Manage device lifecycle: intake, tracking, distribution, shipping, acquisition, and reporting. </li><li> Manage SIM card distribution and inventory, including budgeting, ordering, and bi-annual audits. </li><li> Fulfill approved internal test device requests promptly. </li><li> Collaborate with finance to ensure device requests are necessary and budget-compliant. </li><li> Maintain organized, independent work while managing multiple tasks. </li><li> Follow and improve procedures to reduce excess inventory and recoup costs. </li></ul> <br><strong>Skills, Experience and Requirements</strong><br>As a successful Device Engineering Support Analyst, you will have: <br><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong> <br><ul><li> An associates degree in business administration, or related field of study. </li><li> Experience in mobile product certification, inventory management, and process improvement. </li></ul><br><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong> <br><ul><li> A positive can-do attitude coupled with the ability to focus on the task at hand </li><li> Familiarity and confidence in handling substantial financial duties </li><li> Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and shipping carriers </li><li> Flexibility to adapt to changes in requirements, such as new acquisitions or updates to tracking systems </li></ul><br>#LI-LM1 <br><strong>Salary Ranges</strong><br>Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,200.00/Year <br><strong>Benefits</strong><br>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . <br>The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
