Role Purpose
We are looking for a VP - Creative Services to deliver a world-class brand experience. This role will report to the SVP, Marketing, leading the Creative team and overseeing Graphic Design, Copy, Photo and Art Direction across the company. This is a highly visible role and an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of Craftsy.
Responsibilities

• Provide strategic creative direction based on our brand strategy and act as the visual visionary who makes sure brand execution fulfills customer experience and company goals
• Ensure visual communication is consistent and brand standards are met; challenge teams to find creative solutions that are always rooted in insights
• Manage creative resources across departments and clearly communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal teams and other departments on a regular basis
• Direct creative work to ensure consistency with briefs, providing hands on feedback and strong leadership when difficulties arise
• Manage, mentor and cultivate career development for the team, including designers, art directors, copywriters, production artists and developers at various experience levels
• Develop strong relationships and partnerships with key business groups across the company including Business Development, Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Management, Programming and Production
• Research industry trends, case studies, social media / digital initiatives to stay up-to-date and bring new ideas to the campaigns and inspire cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications
● 12+ years experience with at least 5 years leading creative teams with multiple direct reports and external agencies
● Bachelor’s Degree required
