We are looking for a Vice President, Creative Director to deliver a world-class brand experience. This role will report to the SVP, Marketing, leading the Creative team and overseeing Graphic Design, Copy, Photo and Art Direction across the company. This is a highly visible role and an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth and success of Bluprint.
Responsibilities for Vice President, Creative Director include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic creative direction based on overarching brand strategy and insights
  • Ensure brand execution fulfills customer experience and company goals
  • Drive consistency across all visual communication
  • Direct creative work, providing hands-on feedback and supportive leadership
  • Create brand standards and challenge teams to find creative solutions, rooted in insights
  • Manage creative resources across departments and communicate project status, timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations to internal teams and other departments on a regular basis
  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with key business groups across the company including Business Development, Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Management, Programming and Production
  • Research industry trends, case studies, social media / digital initiatives to stay up-to-date and bring new ideas to the campaigns and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Cultivate career development for the team, including designers, art directors, copywriters, production artists and developers at various experience levels

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative digital brand design either in-house or at a creative agency
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading creative teams with multiple direct reports either internally or at external agencies

• Experience designing other marketing materials including out of home, social, print, and other formats
• Successful track-record of building and growing a team in a collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional organization
• Ability to use metrics to drive a creative strategy which connects with consumers
• Proven ability to translate complex ideas in a way that is clear, meaningful and memorable for an audience
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator); experience with video and animation tools a plus
• Experience working in the media industry with B2C subscriber-based business experience strongly preferred
• Experience designing branding materials for lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and other related categories
• Impassioned by creative work, with an ability to share that passion with colleagues
• Creative and curious with experience building brand loyalty
• Bachelor’s degree desired
