Marketing Brand Designer

Brandzooka is looking for a Designer to join our team and help bring our brand to life through our engaging, performance-driven content. This role will primarily support visual design efforts across our online presence, email marketing, landing pages, digital marketing collateral, sales support collateral, as well as social and digital ad campaigns.
 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for digital (and sometimes print) collateral
• Help to establish creative direction for the company 
• Define creative brand guidelines
• Incorporate learnings from past campaign performance into new creative
• Create digital assets for web application
• Design layouts for email marketing campaigns
• Ability to test and rapidly iterate creative in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate across sales and marketing for collateral needs
• Utilize our visual systems to support brand consistency across all communication channels
• Source imagery relevant to brand campaigns, retouching and editing as needed
• Support multi-faceted digital and social media campaigns with custom designs
• Execution of digital collateral for paid media ads, and other graphics as needed
• Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within guidelines of design specifications and budget restrictions
   

What You’ll Bring

·  3-5 years experience in design (agency or in-house preferred)
·  Knowledge of HTML/CSS
·  Proven ability to design and code emails, optimizing for mobile and desktop engagement
·  Expert Adobe skills
·  Experience designing for the web (e-commerce, emails, online branding)
·  Good understanding of the constraints and capabilities of web technologies
·  The ability to clearly articulate design decisions
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Love of working in a fast-paced agile environment while working across many mediums
·  Excellent skills with with typography, color, layout, and imagery and know how to bring these elements together into one cohesive form that is emotive of our brand’s personality, voice, and values
·  A pulse on graphic design trends and the competitive landscape and market·  UI/UX expertise
·  Strong organizational, project tracking, and asset management skills
·  Copy editing experience
·  Video editing experience

Compensation

·  Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000, depending on skills and experience
·  We offer 1 of the 2 platinum level insurance plans offered in Colorado. The health insurance policy covers up to 99% of the employee's premium and 50% of dependents. So, yeah, that's pretty cool!
