What you'll do:

• Develop applications and data management experiences
• Enhanced user experience conceptualization and execution
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, developers and designers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts, and assist engineering with final implementation.
• Utilize skills in user research, data interpretation, ideation, UI design, development, and implementation.
• Write commercial and enterprise-grade software, create new products, design and implement software enhancements, test and debugs programs, and corrects defects.
• Advocate and promote good software practices, document and communicate on technical topics, and support technical standards that result in high quality, maintainable, and scalable software.

What you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent-5-7 years
• UX experience
• Knowledge of design processes, systems and tools
• A/B Testing Experience
• Working knowledge of software development processes, systems and tools
• Development capabilities a huge plus
• 5+ years of Hubspot Experience
