You will join a newly formed team in the Denver Metro Area to architect and deliver high quality, secure, and stable libraries for 3rd party vendors and/or open source applications. • Design, develop, and Maintain web applications.
• Follow design and coding technology standards.
• Learn new coding languages and standards as projects evolve.

About You

• You are an expert with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch applications.
• You have a BS degree or higher in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You have 2-5 years of experience designing web-based applications.
• You have 0-2 years of experience as a Front-end Software Engineer.
• You have a well-curated design portfolio that shows a passion for UX design.
• You have designed multiple websites and/or applications focusing on great user experience.
• You have a great understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Your designs take into account the limitations of current and past hardwares
• You have worked alongside software teams through the development process to make your designs into fully functioning applications.
• You have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• You have developed applications using a Javascript framework. (Ex. Vue, React, Angular).
• You have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test-driven development, continuous deployments, and agile methodologies.
• You have contributed or maintained an open-source project that is visible to everyone with recommendations from other open-source participants.
• You have experience with object-oriented design of algorithms and understand when specific data structures should be used.
• You are highly skilled in at least one modern programming language. (Ex. Javascript, Kotlin, Swift, Python, C++, Go, or Java)
• You have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test-driven development, continuous deployments, and agile methodologies.
