UX/UI DESIGNER
Procare has been the leading childcare management software for over thirty years. (We are just as old as the text message!) We have a deep understanding of daycare directors and owners and provide solutions that improve day-to-day operations, all while enhancing relationships with their staff and customers. During these unprecedented times, our customer's worlds are rapidly shifting. Our focus is to improve our customers' lives by continuously looking for ways to help them achieve their goals.

This multi-talented individual will translate user insights and business requirements into consistent customer experiences across our web and mobile products. You will deepen customer understanding via user research, crafting personas, user journey maps, user flows, sketches, user interface mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. You are a terrific communicator who helps steer cross-functional teams from discovery to implementation.
