UX/UI Designer
Fluid is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join our rapidly growing team here in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can handle all day-to-day UX/UI design tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job duties include but are not limited to creating functional and user-centered wireframes, storyboards, journey maps, prototypes, production-ready interface designs and assets through feedback from various stakeholders; designing and managing UX/UI projects, including mobile and web applications, email templates, printed materials, and vehicle graphics; creating simple and user friendly designs from various complex inputs; conducting user research including contextual interviews and usability testing; collaborating with executives, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance the digital customer experience; creating a user experience discipline by advocating for the customer's best interest when it comes to decisions for new and updated features and products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
- A professional portfolio demonstrating a strong background in interaction, UI and visual design
- Bachelor's Degree in a design related discipline
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe XD OR similar (Sketch, Invision, Figma)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in UI/UX design related field
- Experience developing UI component libraries
