What are some social events your company does?

We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with team members outside of the office. Everything from volunteer events to happy hours for new hires, there's always something on the calendar that promotes team building. Our big event is the annual retreat, which is how we bring our Austin and Denver offices together in a fun setting.

What projects are you most excited about?

Over the last year, our BI team has built data infrastructure that allows Account Managers to be as strategic as ever. With new ad units and inventory continuing to evolve, it excites me seeing how this improvement is facilitating the recommendations we make to advertisers to maximize scale and ROAS.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Since starting at AdAction, my career has grown significantly. Initially starting out on the AdOps team, I entered the Action360 program and got the opportunity to learn the Ins and Outs of the company and Account Management team. Fast forward to now and I've just hit my one year anniversary as an Account Manager!
