Create a unified and consistent experience across digital properties that enhance the Rider’s direct engagement with the brand.

 

SUMMARY

Are you passionate about using data to improve the entire experience of bicycle ownership from product development to sales and through the entire product lifecycle? Can you plan and design user interactions through web, mobile and app-based experiences to reduce friction, following best practices and optimizing the engagement between the brand and the rider? Would you be stoked to be a part of a fast-growth team tasked with leveraging technology to pedal the planet forward? If you answered yes to these questions, we want to talk with you!

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Working with our digital team, you will interface with our marketing, IT and ecommerce to create consistent user experiences.
  • Clear documentation and communication of goals and outcomes of recommendations to a diverse audience, including software developers, product owners and company leadership.
  • Produce and manage a digital style guide.
  • Manage the inception process for target projects, breaking intended design and user flow into stories for agile development.
  • Work with internal and external development teams to provide project management and design support based on evolving priorities and/or development roadblocks.
  • Assist with leadership on assessing and validating new technologies and how those may integrate into the digital experience with the brand.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Cross-functional ability to experiment, simulate, and execute.
  • Ability to document, communicate and oversee work by third parties.
  • Articulate and passionate about explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable way.
  • Strong UI/UX design capabilities coupled with presentation skills to audiences of a broad ranging background.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to innovate.  “What do I need to know to make this better?”

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS in visual arts, psychology, or comparable real-life related experience
  • Experience with Sketch files and Invision prototype production
  • Working knowledge of web, mobile and app best practices and limitations.
  • Experience with consumer bike electronics and fitness devices (Garmin, Wahoo, ANT+ sensors) a plus
  • Excellent analytics and documentation skills
  • Great communicator
  • JIRA & Confluence knowledge a plus
