We are searching for a UX Manager!

What does this UX Manager do at Cyber GRX?

As the User Experience (UX) leader, you will apply your passion for creating meaningful experiences around our brand, platform, and all customer touch points. You’ll have an innate sense for clean design, a vocal advocate for the user, and committed to creating elegant user experiences from otherwise complex workflows. You will also take time to understand not just the delivery side of design, but the business outcomes we are driving for our products as well.

What a day in the life looks like:

• You will lead and mentor a small team of UX Designers; lead creative and holistic thinking across platform and product releases.
• You’ll be a player/coach who will execute on high-impact projects, triage requests, and bring projects to conclusion.
• You will create a UX vision, with an ability to realize this broader vision over time.
• You’ll establish, communicate, and maintain research best practices and design standards.
• You’ll build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside the product team to implement user experiences that are cohesive and well-informed. 
• You will effectively work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work. 
• You’ll communicate and present complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
• You will foster and grow our culture around UX research and data driven design.

What you bring to the table:

• You have at least 7 years of experience in UX Design.
• You’ve got at least 3 years of experience managing or leading design teams.
• You have a portfolio of UX-focused work samples, preferably within a platform experience for a two-way marketplace.
• You’ve worked in an Agile environment.
• You have experience with prototyping tools.
• You are very proficient with Adobe Suite.

Bonus Skills:

• You are familiar with Sketch, InVision and Tableau.
