A little about the role…
The UX Designer is responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our Procare applications. This multi-talented individual will translate user insights and business requirements into customers' experiences across our web and mobile products. They will deepen customer understanding via user research, crafting personas, user journey maps, user flows, sketches, user interface mockups, as well as prototypes for the purpose of communicating interaction and design ideas effectively. They are terrific communicators who help steer cross-functional teams from discovery to implementation.
What You’ll Do
- Have a deep knowledge of the customer’s day-to-day to identify their pain points, behaviors, and motivations.
- Analyze quant and qual insights with research and product ops to get a deep understanding of the customer’s need to root out the real problem.
- Craft the UX outcomes and metrics that complement the initiative’s problem statements and KPIs
- Use UX and business outcomes to quickly generate multiple solutions that can improve the customer’s experience
- Create prototypes based on research plans to validate desirability and usability.
- Conduct design reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible and viable.
- Document the tested solutions in design annotations.
- Establish, identify, and document design patterns that adhere to UX standards, brand guidelines, and web accessibility standards
- Utilize user-centered design methods in day-to-day work and incorporate them into a development Kanban process.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- Bachelor's degree or certification in a field related to human-computer interaction, design, or communication
- Have examples of work grounded in insights about people Preferred qualifications
- Strong design voice and point of view on where to go and why
- Rock-solid design craft and can back up the designs with solid rationale
- Strong background in methodologies and design practices.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Microsoft Office Suite, and Mac OS X
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with Design Systems

Salary
$80k-$100k DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.
