THE OPPORTUNITY
As a UX Designer at Xactly Corporation, you'll be a part of a dynamic, quick-paced environment where your designs will help lead the way for new product features and enhance existing product experiences. You'll contribute to all things design, from creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and interactive prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.
THE TEAM
Xactly Product Management is a lively, tight-knit team consisting of Product Managers and User Experience professionals. We are the innovative forward thinkers of the product, always collaborating and striving to discover the best solutions for our users. User Experience is a small, but mighty force, taking on complex processes and transforming them into intuitive, easy-to-use designs for sales compensation admins and sales representatives around the world.
THE SKILL SET:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional product or UX Design experience
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to prototype and design elegant UI solutions to complex user problems
- Ability to think in terms of holistic design, apply strategic thinking and business goals to design work, focus on usability, and understand aesthetic values
- Experience working on enterprise level projects
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams and Product Managers
- Experience collaborating with User Research and leveraging data to drive design
- Experience with agile (scrum) development process
- Sketch and InVision experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred

- Align to major product area (to be determined)
- Work closely with User Research, Product Managers, and Engineering to deliver your design visions
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
- Be seen as a well-versed, trusted expert on your product, making a significant positive impact company-wide
