User Experience Research Coordinator
Summary
As a User Experience Research Coordinator you'll work directly with UX researchers, UX designers, and product managers to recruit, screen, and schedule participants for research studies based on study criteria. You will also handle the logistical aspects of research and proactively find opportunities to help the UX research team formalize, improve and scale processes.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule participants for research activities
- Collaborate with UX researchers, UX designers, and product managers to understand research needs and identify participant requirements
- Foster relationships between customers and team members to build an enthusiastic and growing pool of candidates for research
- Establish efficient, reusable recruiting processes for R&D
- Identify, build, and streamline processes for efficient research operations
- Maintain the UX Research team’s repository
- Attend and contribute to Research, Design and Product touch points related to your work

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

- Self motivated
- 1 year experience coordinating UX research in a software company is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with UX research recruiting practices is a plus
- Familiarity with database principles and searching databases is a plus
- Knowledge of tools such as UserTesting, Salesforce, and Pendo is a plus
- Experience working with a geographically distributed team
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Less than 10% travel
- Less than 10% travel to participate in customer research or travel to other office locations
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
How You Will Be Rewarded
- Base Pay Range in Colorado: $67,000 to $86,000
- A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
- Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
