As a User Experience Design Lead, you will own the design and user experience vision across multiple consumer initiatives. The User Experience Design Lead also serves as a subject matter expert within the team.

What you will do:

  • Leads project ideation and the development of cohesive creative concepts and design strategies for digital products and services
  • Provides direction on the integration of technology and clients’ business requirements into design strategies in order to balance user interface, marketing, brand, and aesthetic interests
  • Provides direction on the creation and presentation of wireframes, mock-ups, process flows, information architecture, site maps, and prototypes for digital products and services
  • Provides direction on the production of design artifacts including user requirement specifications, personas, storyboards, high-fidelity comps, and design prototypes and specifications
  • Prioritizes and schedules projects in anticipation of delivery dates
  • Participates in project meetings by providing project updates and documenting all changes, edits, and approvals
  • Notifies all stakeholders of project status and sends alerts when a project is at risk
  • Informs stakeholders when design features are ready for production
  • Serves as an expert resource on user experience design across the organization and provides direction and counsel to stakeholders including executive leadership
  • Ensures user experience concepts and features comply with corporate strategies and meet the needs of multiple consumers

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree with focus on Graphic Design or Interaction Design or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in user experience, user interface, and visual design including usability testing, contextual inquiry, and field interviews preferred
  • Experience using design software like Figma, Zeplin or similar modern interface design tools
  • Previous experience collaborating with front-end engineers on executing designs with UX precision
  • Background creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity design prototypes
  • Strong understanding of user interface design processes and methodology
  • Solid knowledge of color, typography, imagery, and overall composition
  • Ability translate ideas into concepts and designs and implement designs across multiple applications and mobile platforms
  • Capacity to review workload, set priorities, and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to multiple stakeholders including executive leadership and to communicate technical requirements and standards to non- technical audiences
  • Aptness to train and coach employees on processes, policies, standards, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic Javascript a plus
  • Experience working with user onboarding tools like Gainsight PX as well as with web content management systems a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,500 - $110,000*
