Havenly, Inc. is a funded and fast growing consumer services startup located in the heart of Denver. We offer online interior design services that make decorating your home simple, affordable and accessible for everyone.

We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our Tech & Product team and help us define how people interact with Havenly. You’ll use your full range of skills from product design, interaction design, and visual design to bring the delight of a beautifully designed room to Havenly customers.

What you’ll do

• Design products - systematically, interactively, and visually.
• Understand what makes an experience successful and delightful. Think through the user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in details, and work with engineers to build them.
• Look for opportunities to solve problems in unusual and innovative ways.
• Take an active and involved role in the definition of our product strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create a cohesive and delightful consumer product experience
• Partner with engineering in implementation and QA
• Make selfless design decisions for the betterment of Havenly.
• Make it beautiful, simple, and delightful, always.

What you’ll bring:

• Outstanding portfolio of shipped e-commerce product design that showcases your ability to move fluidly between user experience design, interface design and visual design.
• The ability to make design decisions with data and user testings as vital tools.
• Not only an understanding for the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions but enough chops to also communicate your ideas to our engineers.
• Experience working with HTML & CSS
• Experience creating UI specs & wireframes and the flexibility and willingness to move from idea to whiteboard to execution quickly.
• Expert understanding of web and iOS platforms.
• A strong visual aesthetic and experience designing within brand guidelines both individually and collaboratively with a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail - you read through everything and will paste a heart next to your first name in your online application.
• The desire to build something, a love of technology, and a passion for startups.
