Sr. Visual Designer
We are looking for a Sr. Visual Designer to own and create our engagement content strategy for Zoom executive briefings and various strategic programs. This person should embody the Zoom brand and be able to tell our product story through the art of visual storytelling. This person is expected to design custom content for executive briefings through a variety of mediums including, but not limited to: presentations, illustrations, event materials, email announcements, 2D/3D graphics and videos, and web landing pages. We are looking for someone with SaaS and B-to-B design knowledge, who can bring complex ideas to life and quickly turn around projects. (Sample portfolio required)
Responsibilities
Lead the content design strategy for briefings and strategic programs
Work directly with the Sr. Program Manager of Executive Engagement and cross-functionally with various teams to design materials
Design within Zoom’s brand identity and guidelines
Work closely with our product team, product marketing, the office of the CIO, and sales enablement to understand the company narrative and express it visually
Lead the design direction and create deliverables for our immersive 3D virtual briefing center
Lead design and strategy for multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
Keep all briefing presentations and content up to date and relevant
Edit case study videos to fit briefing narratives
Work directly with international localization teams to convert content for supported regions
Requirements
BA/BS, 5+ years experience designing for a global brand or advertising agency
Highly proficient in the Adobe Suite
Experience with After Effects
Experience with 3d software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Max)
Self starter who is solution oriented
Previous experience working and presenting with c-level executives
Expert at visual storytelling, creating narratives for sales and marketing collateral
Able to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills.
Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present designs to executives and key decision makers
Ability to take direction and feedback
