Integration. It’s that pesky part of building a product that no organization actually wants to do. (And who can blame them? It’s not easy). To us, integration is bigger than just a connection. Integration is about moving data, powering transactions, connecting mobile apps, and thousands of other functions. We want our customers to THINK bigger than the brittle connections that hold their products back. REFOCUS their team on the things they care about. And BUILD features that their customers will love. With Cloud Elements, companies can INTEGRATE to the ecosystem of applications that their customers and partners rely on every day.

We are the world’s fastest growing integration vendor ever, and we’re looking for talented, creative problem solvers who are driven and passionate to join our rapidly expanding team! Headquartered in Denver, we also have offices in Dallas and Hyderabad.

This role will guide the creation and evolution of sophisticated tools that coordinate integration use cases, workflow creation, and data insights/analytics.

As a member of the UX team, you will take extreme ownership of product design. You will challenge the status quo while recognizing proven UX patterns, and demonstrate why the approach is effective using clear documentation and demonstration. You will participate in user research methods and make updates to the UI to match the user needs, expectations and workflows. You are process focused, an excellent communicator and collaborator who can excite fellow Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Team stakeholders. Ultimately, you care deeply about creating useful, highly crafted and innovative experiences.

  • Design and deliver user-stories, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and UI specifications

  • Utilize user testing to prove out design ideas and collect feedback for future iterations

  • Collaborate effectively with your product managers and engineering team members

  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise the bar for design quality

  • Provide UX mentorship to more junior team members.

  • Push and evolve visual frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines

  • Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond the scope of individual work

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of UI style guide and pattern library

  • Design help guides and documentation

What we would like you to have:

  • Highly skilled in User Interface (UI) design, including the creation of all production-ready assets and specifications for development.

  • Advanced visual design skills and tools proficiency (Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe CC, etc)

  • You have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the thought process behind every design decision

  • You have an obsession for developing new approaches to complex design problems.

  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in an agile environment

  • Effective in communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually

  • Experience in applying user research, user needs validation and usability evaluation
